FOOTWEAR DESIGN
FW17-18 COLLECTION
Concept: This Foxy Capsule Collection is been inspired by animal's faces and it's been developed in different color ranges and materials combination. Once again here we see respected the DNA of the brand: playful, colorful, feminine and young.
Development: For this collection is been used: matt and mirror cow leather combined with velvet, fur and lamb leather. For future versions of these shoes will be developed: metal plated ears , eyes and nose.
Prototyping: This step is been followed by me and some partners based in Italy. Each step from the choice of the last, soles, zips, etc, in been done in Italy with italian suppliers. Prototypes and Production is made in two different Factories in Italy: Calzaturificio Rosina in Porto Sant'Elpidio (for high heels, ballerina, boots etc) and Josephine srl in Civitanova Marche (for sneakers).
Photoshoot: The photoshoot is been taken inside the "Cercle Suédois" of Paris. Historical and exclusive location which hosted many important designer such as Yves Saint Laurent and his partner Pierre Bergé. The romanticism of these rooms combined with the grace of the famous Jardin de Tuileries, just in front, built a perfect scenography for this collection.
COLLABORATION with STACIE CHEN x FW17-18 COLLECTION
Concept: The sneakers shown below have been developed as a Capsule Collection due to the Collaboration between IMONI Stockholm and the famous Chinese and Taiwanese celebrity Stacie Chen, owner of a Fashion Channel in Taiwan and Fashion Influencer.
Development: IMONI colorful DNA is here mixed with the simple and street style of Stacie Chen, and her logo (the Flash) is here highlighted as central element. Shoes are totally made by italian fine materials such as: Camouflage Nylon (from Livio Lusenti Company) in two different color variations (navy black & light grey), mirror and vernice leather (from Martini Pio), calf lining and Margom sole.
Prototyping: This step is been followed by me and some partners based in Italy. Each step from the choice of the last, soles, lining, etc, in been done in Italy with italian suppliers. Prototypes and Production is made in Josephine srl Factory, in Civitanova Marche, Italy.
Photoshoot: The photoshoot is been taken around the magical streets of Paris and in some of the oldest buildings of the city. Giving this way a street style and less romantic touch to the brand IMONI Stockholm.
